New Engine Protections Kit for Suzuki GSX-R 1000 RR 2017/2022
This engine protections kit is a result of our extensive experience, particularly from the RYUYO project, where we partnered with Suzuki Italia to produce 90% of the machined solid parts and all the composite fiber components.
Part of our new line of high-performance components, the kit is entirely manufactured in our factory, utilizing the best technologies and raw materials available. With over 10 years of experience in World Championships and our partnerships with top teams like Estrella Galicia Monlau Competicion, Leopard Racing, and Pons Racing, we ensure the highest level of quality and performance.

- Premium Aluminium Alloy: Ensures weight reduction while maintaining exceptional strength.
- 3D Machining Technology: Features lines of 0.8 mm, enhancing the intricate details.
- Hard Anodization System: Provides a glossy, shiny finish and ensures superior durability.
- Integrated Sliders: A new design that offers improved protection for the engine carters in case of a crash.
The kit includes:
- Clutch protection
- Alternator protection
- Pick-up protection
Additional Details:
- Mounting bolts are inserted in a small counterbore, ensuring hit dissipation in the event of a crash and facilitating easy disassembly and replacement.
- The kit includes specific bolts and spacers for easy installation.
